How long will it take?
Generally your portrait will be completed within 2-3 weeks, although this will depend on work load and time of year 

(Christmas orders should be booked as soon as possible).

An approximate completion date will be given at the time of ordering.

Details required for your order
The following details will be required:

Name, address, telephone number, size of portrait required, caption, title or name and completion date

 
Any other special requirements

Photographs
The finished portrait will be a detailed study of your photos

Please Email or post  clear photographs
Minimum 5 photographs (Size 5x7” or 13x18cm)

Best quality and resolution ensures the best possible likeness.

Photographs will be returned with the finished portrait 

Completion
A photo of the finished picture will be emailed to you.
Once approved, the balance payment will be due. 

When this has been made your portrait will be sent by Royal Mail, Special Delivery.
